Increase Healthy Calories Intake
Normally you gain weight by consuming more calories than you burn for energy. Exact number depends on your body weight, metabolic rate and work out including exercises, yoga etc.
Increase the intake of calories to gain weight naturally. You can start by increasing intake of calorie by 100 calories per day and can increase up to 200, also more. Opt for natural protein including nuts, lentils, cheese etc.
You can keep on munching nuts like cashewnut, walnut, almonds, pea nuts whenever feel hungry or in snacks.
Increase Meal Times
You can increase the meal times per day, this means eat more frequently. Usually we have breakfast, lunch and dinner but for people who want to gain weight naturally should prefer 5 to 6 meals throughout the day.
