The leaves of this plant are helpful in strengthening the immune system. What you have to do is so simple. Take 5 to 6 leaves of tulsi and add them to the boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Drink this tea after straining. For taste, you can also add one teaspoonful of lemon to it.
Giloy is an herb that is often known as Amrit of life. To increase immunity this herb also has a great and effective role to play. What you need is one foot long stem of this Giloy plant. First of all cut the stem into smaller pieces and grind the stem along with the 10 to 12 tulsi leaves to make a fine paste. Now boil this paste in 1 liter of water and boil till the liquid reduces to 250 ml. Strain the mixture and drink the mixture two times a day. You can even simply mix 1 tsp of Giloy powder in warm water and drink this twice daily.
Ginger tea is another simple home remedy for autoimmune disease. Being enriched with anti-inflammatory properties, ginger can help to deal with the same. Add one teaspoonful of grated ginger to one and half cup of water and boil for 8 to 10 minutes. Strain the mixture and drink this tea two times in a day. You can even add a spoon of honey or lemon juice to it for better taste. Remember to use ginger as a spice also while cooking food.
Grape seed extract-
Citric acid, Vitamin C, flavonoids, minerals, sterols and tocopherols all are present in the grape seed extract. What more is needed to boost the immune system. Yes, a great way to enhance the functioning of immune system is to take grape seed extract.
