Is it a good idea to supply your already dehydrated body, (due to non-intake of any food or water since 8 or 10 hours) a diuretic on an empty stomach? Do you have ever give advice to children in your family to not to eat too many chocolates to avoid affecting their teeth and oral health? If so, it seems you are careful about your oral health too.
