  2. Make a fine powder out of them
  3. Mix it in 2 tsp of oats
  4. Add few drops of olive oil
  5. Add honey or water as per your convenience to make a fine paste.
  6. Cinnamon powder in the quantity of half tsp can also be added for extra benefits.
  7. Apply this fine paste on your facial skin
  8. Leave for 20 min
  9. Wash it off later with plain water
  10. Repeat these 2 to 3 times in a week.
