After so many researches, it has been found that flax seeds help flushing out toxins out from arteries and also prevent them from hardening. Blood pressure can be kept under control with its use in daily routine. Flax seeds count on top among wonderful natural ways to lower cholesterol.

  • Grind flax seeds to make powder
  • Use it on salad, with fluids like curd, butter milk etc.
  • Have with brown/multigrain bread or chapattis
  • Use flax seeds oil in salad dressing
