Another alternative of castor oil pack is to just simply put heating pad over your abdomen. Heat will reduce the pain that occurs during ovarian cyst. You can do this natural remedy whenever you feel some pain in your abdomen. It will reduce the muscle cramps and gives instant relief.
Drink a Cup of Chamomile Tea-
The tea will help to stimulate blood flow in uterus and pelvic area and in turn will maintain regular menstrual cycles. It helps to reduce the chances of irregular periods.
